About the project

We have developed individual designs for a series of digital billboards for the customer, taking into account a number of requirements: monolithic lightweight frame, sealed structure, screen thickness no more than 20cm, pixel pitch P5, camera, wifi tracker, light sensor.

The work was completed as soon as possible, so that the customer could replace the static billboards with screens, while not stopping the existing advertising contracts.

The LED screen is assembled and mounted on a monolithic frame according to its own design. The modules are mounted on power magnets to the bearing profiles in the standard holes of the matrix made on laser equipment. The screen thickness is 20 cm, the perimeter frame thickness is 3 cm. The screen weight is up to 400 kg.
